商空設計費用：5,000元/坪。 

客變設計費用：4,500元/坪(可折抵後續設計費)。 

設計費用：9,000元/坪。 

不足10坪以10坪計算。

台北地區 NT.10,000/次

基隆桃園地區 NT.12,000/次

新竹地區 NT.18,000/次。 

40坪以上 另行諮詢報價。
